Well, we have been open for business here on Roatan, Honduras for one year now. We have had slow and busy months, and have met folks who came to learn to dive and folks who were already certified and who chose to dive with us. They all have become friends before they left, and we hope that we have made their time here on Roatan memorable and pleasurable. We have had a very good December, and we are looking forward to an even better 2012! We have expanded our dive center staff by 2 instructors, Anna and Mag, and we are looking forward to another productive and safe diving year. Luis, Nita, myself, and the staff of Enomis Divers Roatan wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and we hope that the coming New Year will bring you nothing but the very best of everything! Dive safe and we sincerely hope to see all of our Enomis Divers from all over the world soon again, Lee

Well, it is the end of November already, and I have been remiss in not posting this blog sooner. Since our last blog was posted, the low season came in and it was absolutely slow. Of course we did certify some new and advanced divers, and had some certified dive trips, and those folks had a great time learning how to dive and how to become a better diver. We got some absolutely great reviews from our customers posted on Trip Advisor, and we seem to be getting a lot of inquiries from divers who are visiting this island on cruise ships. The hurricane which blew past us did bring some rain, winds, rough seas, and knocked out our electrical power, but it was over in a week or so and no sustained damage was noted. Now high season is almost here and we are geared up for it. All of our equipment has been serviced and cleaned, and our staff is ready as always to give you the best and highest quality of service available. So, come visit our island again and dive our beautiful reef!

Hello all you Enomis Divers all over the world! We sure had a very busy 6 weeks. We certified a lot of new divers and folks who wanted more advanced dive certifications, and we dove a lot. But on a sad note, Han our instructor friend from Nederland had to go back home, as well as Amber, another instructor friend of ours who had to go back to the USA. Han left us with hundreds and hundres of pictures he took while he was diving with us and I will post some of them shortly on our website. It sure was great having them here with us. But, now things have slowed down some and we have a chance to catch our breath and do some equipment maintenance and cleaning. However, we are looking forward to the time when our returning customers will be with us again to enjoy Roatan's magical reefs and walls. The weather here has been fine except for some rain that a passing storm dumped on us. But other than that, the island is beautiful, tranquil and the diving fantastic! We are in the process of improving and enlarging our dive center by building an outdoor "Palapa," where we can enjoy the island's beautiful sunsets over some cold drinks and snacks after the dive day is done. I will keep yall posted on that when it happens in the near future. So, until that time, god bless and dive safe! Lee

Hey all, after a few weeks of next to nothing activity, we are now diving every day and having fun again every day. We have 2 old friends and fellow instructors visiting and diving with us. Amber from the USA and Han from The Netherlands. Of course they are on vacation, but we put them to work and they have helped us out a lot. We have added a new outdoor shower and rest area to our dive facility, where our divers can wash themselves off and dry off after diving (you can find a photo of this on our "Dive Shop" photo album. We also have adopted a new shop kitty named Cinammon and will post a picture of her shortly. Other than that, the weather here has been fantastic even though we have had some rain, the ocean is flat and warm and visibility is great. We are looking forward to our returning divers who will be visiting us shortly again and we will be keeping you up to date on their happenings. Thats all for now folks, Ciao and dive often!

So, we have been so busy that it has been a while since I posted on this blog! We have had so many good times diving with returning friends and newly made friends, that it makes owning a dive shop worthwhile in itself! June is now here, and we are in the low season here on Roatan. That means prices are down overall here on Westend, and savings for those that wish to dive with us during the next month or two. Also, who can ask for more than to almost have your own private boat and dive staff while exploring Roatan's magical underwater world. We had some funny weather this week, with some winds and rougher than usual seas, but that looks like a thing of the past and the ocean is returning to its calm, lake like conditions. So, what better time to come dive with us. Until then, dive save and dive often. Lee

Well, we seem to be going through some sad times this week, as a lot of folks who have been diving with us a lot have already, or are going to be heading home soon. We sure had a fun time diving with them, teaching some to be better divers and certifying some as brand new divers. On the good side though we are expecting some more old friends to come back to Roatan and dive with us later on this month. And the ones who had to go home will be returning next year again, so there is a silver lining to the dark clouds. Our dive shop is thriving and doing well. We are still renting a boat to dive with, but hopefully by the end of this year we will have our own diveboat. It looks like the rainy season is finally over and the island and it's surrounding sea is warm and inviting. Easter and all its merriment is fast coming up so we are looking forward to seeing what the future will hold for us in the coming months. In the meantime, we will miss all of our Enomis Divers, and hope to see yall soon again!

Well hey all, first with the good news. Enomis Divers has opened a third dive shop, this time on board a large cruise ship named the "Ola Esmeralda," which is based in Venezuela. The Ola Esmeralda conducts cruises in the south Caribbean Sea. This dive center is managed by Luis Fonseca. Another major milestone for Enomis Divers. The bad news is that here on Roatan the weather has not been so hot. For the past 2 days it has been steadily pouring rain, but thankfully the winds are not bad at all. It has put a dent in our scuba diving activities. However, during the past 2 weeks we really had a great time diving and teaching, and we have reunited with old friends such as Gordon, Ron, George and Loraine, and made great new friends like Susan and Becky, and Fran and Kayla. We like to think that they had just a good of a time diving with us as we did diving with them! Other than that, Enomis Divers Roatan is alive and doing well!! We are looking forward to seeing other old friends later on this month. Ciao for now amigos!

Hello all you Enomis Divers out there! Here is the latest news regarding our dive shop on Roatan. First of all, PADI has now officially designated us as a "second location" to our main Enomis Divers PADI 5 Star dive resort #18826, which is located on Margarita Island, Venezuela. Our dive resort number here on Roatan is S#22247. Since our last blog, we have ordered 200 t shirts and tank tops all in different colors and sizes which has our 2 logos on both the back and the front. They look really nice and I am sure that you will love wearing them. And we are now using a 27 foot locally built "Panga" which we use to take our customers and students diving. We are renting this boat still and are on the look out for a nice boat built for scuba diving that we can buy. The month of January has been a busy one and we certified a lot of new divers and had many new and old certified friends dive with us The weather for the most part has cooperated with us, but we did have some days where the wind picked up and the ocean became a bit rough. For those of you who know them, George and Loraine from Canada are vacationing here and have been diving almost every day with us. An instructor friend named Ron also blew into the island and is going to spend a few days enjoying the magnificent reef with us. So, we are happy that we can put a smile on so many faces. Till next time!

Well, here we go with our first post of the new year. Lots of things have happened since the first of the year. On January 9 we were open for exactly 1 month. Since the first of the year, we have made some good friends. Folks that we taught how to dive, Open Water divers who have become advanced divers, and certified divers have dove with us and enjoyed the dive sites we took them to and the personal service we gave them in our small dive groups. We have purchased more tanks and our new compressor is doing just great. For your convenience we have rented a larger boat with a bigger engine, so now we can get you to the dive sites faster and in more comfort. We are definitely looking forward to friends we made last year to come to Roatan in the next few months to dive with us in our new shop. If you have never dove with us, come on down and visit. You will like what you will find at Enomis Divers - Roatan!!!!!!!

Well folks, it has been a busy 2 weeks since our last post. Our new compressor has finally arrived and we have filled our first set of new tanks. We also have rented a boat to take our divers out diving in. A lot of people have visited our dive shop and we have had a lot of divers dive our magnificent dive sites with our experienced divemaster and instructors. We also have introduced several non divers to Roatan's underwater wonderland through our Discover Scuba Experience, and we have graduated our first 2 Advanced Open Water students. It looks like our dive shop is off to a great start!
